We're excited to introduce the ability to add feedback forms/surveys directly into your email campaigns!

Embed feedback forms (NPS, ratings, like/dislike) directly into emails.
Add a direct link to pre-built forms (forms created on your platform).
All submission details are available in the campaign statistics section.
Pre-built form submissions lead directly to their respective pages.

Gain insights into contact sentiments and campaign performance.
👷♂️ How to Use:
Go to Email Marketing.
Create a new campaign.
Add a Form Element.
Choose the feedback type (NPS, ratings, etc.).
Customize the form design and settings.
Name the form in the Title field. (This is the title shown in the submission tab of campaign statistics)
Set a custom success page after submission.
Send your campaign and monitor feedback via Campaign Statistics.
Visit the Submissions tab for detailed entries.
Export the list of respondents if needed.
For pre-built forms, navigate directly to the submission page.
👀 Note: This works only for email marketing campaigns as of now.
