You can choose to enable it under sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording
The default retention period is set to 90 days and can be changed by you
By storing only recent call recordings, you can control your call recording storage bills
This option is accessible to agency and sub-account admins only
Call transcripts continue to exist, unaffected by recording deletion
Please note, this is only to control call recording 'storage' bills.
